Job Title: Administrator
Key Role: To support the administration needs of the Management team and team members of WebArt.
Position type: Full time
Previous administrative experience essential and must have strong IT skills.
A passion for technology and the web would be a distinct advantage
Key Character Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal administration and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills essential
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise a range of tasks and use own initiative.
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential, ability to check own work.
- Experience with content management systems / web maintenance while not essential, would be an advantage
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors / office enquiries. Answering phone, email and live chat, recording and passing on messages to management and other team members.
- Managing Despatch documentation and administration for online product sales, printing courier labels, despatch notes, recording tracking numbers and marking orders shipped.
- Processing orders taken via telephone or counter enquiries on an online system.
- Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
- Basic bookkeeping duties, e.g. data entry in accounting system
- Filling in and calculating travel expense sheets
- Domain Registration and Web Hosting Administration.
- Liaising with other staff members or external contacts.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and consumables
- Sorting and distributing incoming post / organising and sending outgoing post
- Creating and editing/maintaining documentation across a variety of platforms, such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Referencing, creating and updating internal FAQs system
- Basic customer support and online research duties
